What games does Gameventory accept?
We accept and sell genuine games from all regions, including PAL, NTSC-U, NTSC-J and region-free releases. Choose your copy’s region when requesting a trade-in quote. If your game is not listed, email sales@gameventory.com.au or choose Sell a collection for a personalised quote.
Do you accept loose games?
Yes. Choose Complete in Box, Game + Case Only, or Loose Game Only. All included items must be original.
Do you accept games without manuals?
Yes. Select Game + Case Only if the original manual is missing. If no manual was originally supplied, the item may still be Complete in Box.
Do you accept reproduction games?
Original items only. Gameventory does not accept reproduction, counterfeit, bootleg, replica cases sold as original, third-party replacement game media or third-party accessories.
Do you accept third-party items?
No. We currently accept original eligible products only, including original first-party accessories.
What if I can't find my game?
Send us a photo using the manual quote form, or email sales@gameventory.com.au. Include the title and platform as best you can.
Is there a minimum trade-in amount?
The minimum accepted offer is AUD $30. Submit your basket without knowing its value. If your reviewed offer is below the minimum, we will invite you to add more items.
Do I have to pay any fees?
No seller fees or trade-in processing fees. Gameventory pays you for accepted items.
When will I get paid?
Once you accept our final offer, we aim to send your payment within 1–2 business days. Payment follows receipt, inspection, cleaning, testing and your acceptance. No seller fees or trade-in processing fees.
What happens when you receive my games?
We check the title, region, authenticity, completeness and condition, then clean and test the items before confirming your final offer.
Can I get my games returned?
Items can be returned upon request if you decline the final offer or request your items back. The customer is responsible for return postage costs.
Do you offer a warranty on games sold by Gameventory?
Shop with confidence. Eligible products sold by Gameventory include a 1-month warranty for added peace of mind.
Is trade-in shipping always free?
Trade-in shipping is free when your trade-in value is over AUD $30. Wait for confirmation and shipping instructions before posting your items.
