Shipping policy

Gameventory (ABN 40 237 348 537) ships from Melbourne, Victoria. Most orders are sent with Australia Post and include tracking. If you're in a nearby West Melbourne suburb, we may hand-deliver your order ourselves instead — we'll message you first to arrange it.

Delivery within Australia

Standard delivery - $11.70, usually 3-5 business days after dispatch. Free on orders of $100 or more.
Express delivery - $15.00, usually 1-2 business days after dispatch.

Delivery to New Zealand

Standard international - priced by the total weight of your order (prices in AUD): up to 0.5 kg $18 (about 1-3 games), 0.5-1 kg $26, 1-2 kg $38, over 2 kg $55. Usually 7-12 business days after dispatch.

Prices for New Zealand customers are shown and charged in NZD at the current exchange rate.

Dispatch

We aim to pack and send orders within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships (or a message from us if we're hand-delivering it).

West Melbourne hand-delivery

If your address is in a nearby West Melbourne suburb, we may deliver your order by hand instead of posting it. You pay the same delivery price shown at checkout. We'll message you first to arrange a drop-off time and send you a photo once your order has been delivered. Hand-delivered orders don't have an Australia Post tracking number.

Pickup may also be possible by arrangement. Contact us with your suburb and order details before placing your order.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost, delayed or arrives damaged, email sales@gameventory.com.au with your order number and we will help sort it out, with Australia Post or directly if we delivered it ourselves. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
