How Gameventory Grades Your Games
You don’t need to grade your own games when trading with Gameventory. We inspect and grade every item after it arrives.
First, choose what is included
Game + Case Only
Original game, case and cover artwork. Manual or inserts may be missing.
Loose Copy
Original disc or cartridge only. No original case or manual.
We assign Grade A, B or C
These grades describe our resale stock and help explain the final trade-in offer. Completeness is recorded separately.
Grade A
Excellent condition
Minimal signs of use.
Acceptable wear
Very light handling marks; clean, intact packaging.
What may lower the grade
Visible scratches, worn artwork or missing contents may lower the grade.
Grade B
Good used condition
Normal signs of use and minor wear.
Acceptable wear
Light surface marks and minor case or label wear.
What may lower the grade
Deep scratches, cracked cases or missing manuals may lower the grade.
Grade C
Acceptable condition
More noticeable wear but still functional and acceptable.
Acceptable wear
Noticeable cosmetic scuffs and worn packaging that still meet acceptance standards.
What may lower the grade
Faults, unreadable media, severe damage or missing required parts need manual review.
