We’re based in Melbourne’s western suburbs. If you’re within about 20 km, including St Albans, Sunshine, Deer Park, Caroline Springs, Taylors Lakes, Keilor, Footscray, Tarneit and nearby suburbs, we may hand-deliver your order ourselves instead of posting it, at the normal delivery price shown at checkout. We’ll message you first to arrange a drop-off time.
Trade-in pickups in these areas are available by arrangement. Contact us with your suburb and details of your trade-in so we can confirm a time.
Before you send your trade-in
All trade-in requests are reviewed first. We’ll confirm whether we can accept your items and arrange postage or pickup before you send anything. Your final trade-in value will be confirmed after inspection.
Initial approval is permission to send your items, not a guaranteed final price.
